Environment
SELLEX is sensible to the environment and consequently since its foundation in 1977 has taken a great concern in developing products according to this philosophy.
The products produced by SELLEX have a non-temporal design allowing a longlasting life far from trendy fashions and achieve an effective use of the sources used on its production.
But this is not enough.
At the time being, we are facing "the implementation of an "environmental plan system" according to standard ISO 14001:2004, in all process of production and in our Stratigic Plan for 2008-2010, we seek for the application of Ecodesign in the development of new products.
The aims of the strategy plan are the following:
- To design products which are good quality and longlasting life.
- To reduce the use of raw materials.
- To use raw materials which are recycables.
- To use production systems which are respectful to the environment.
The achievement of these objectives will contribute to an actual sustainable development.
